A productive and functional lifestyle for most people seems to be a theory or perception of something that has, thus far, never existed for them; therefore, the true question might be, “has this type of lifestyle ever existed for anyone?”
Emotional stability and functional living seems to be two of life’s promised assets, yet most people have only recently begun to consider them as invaluable. It has been a result of societal and cultural values and the living conditions around the world that has lead us to feel that this type of lifestyle may be so imperative. Somehow, deep within your psyche, would you have not thought that this type of lifestyle would have been what we were looking for, striving to find or trying to create independently, apart from the collective cultural shocks that so many people continue to re-experience?
Perhaps through the failure of this achievement, an inconsistent belief pattern has been established, neglecting and perhaps discontinuing the importance of productive functional living altogether. These inconsistencies may have slipped in because of one’s fear of conformity feeling that it may somehow be linked to reform. Thus, spite may have been established as a form of rebellion. Rebellion against their fear of reform – a feeling that reform may end in a usage of control. It appears that through one’s obsessive need to create such an utopian existence, we have created an overzealousness to experience dysfunctional instead. There are more questions facing life, function and dysfunction instead. There are more questions facing life, function and dysfunction than there are answers at hand. Many people are looking into the past for answers to present questions. This past may be in the form of past life regressions, or perhaps in the studies of ancient teachings or the ancient perceptions of those who possessed insights of wisdom. If these techniques are well-founded and we will surmise for the sake of this text that they are, we can now safely understand how ancient philosophers can again walk the face of this earth, although this time perhaps in the form of a small child living in a dysfunctional household and spending his day in a child care facility, or perhaps this ancient-minded sage is re-experiencing life in the form of a derelict on the street.
The form, however, is not the issue. The issue is that the theory of past lives is a valid concept. People have lived before. Their thoughts and aspirations in this life may vary from those of the past, but the soul energy and their desire for ascension and enlightenment remains the same. The desire for perfection – to be godlike will live on forever. Different faces and different places, but for time and eternity, wisdom and the knowledge of the universe – the keys to physical manifestation and the desire to be enlightened – will always be a source of motivation.
With the aid of this book, you will develop a functional way of productive living, with the insight and desire to modify all dysfunctional thought processes. Life was never meant to be hard. Throughout time, dysfunction has been a product of one’s over-inflated ego through the continual use of such thoughts as: “Do the best,” “be the best,” “live the longest,” or “have the most expensive toys.”
In order to modify your thought process or to release yourself from dysfunctional living, you must first recognize where your inconsistent thoughts and desires came from and, secondly, understand why.
As you begin to understand life, past lives and the inevitable concept of future lives, you must also consider the hypotheses of vibrational influences.
Ancient teachings follow the belief that your name is your soul identification and that your name is the essence of your spirit. As a result of this belief, they have held firm to the concept: “A vibration must only walk one path at one time.” What this means is that if your name is Karen Susan James, there should only be one Karen Susan James living at any given time. The premise behind this ancient concept is that the name of a person will contain the person of the individual vibration of that person. If there are two people with the same name living at the same time, the vibrational energy will be fragmented, as it will split itself between two people. This belief still exists in India, as well as remote parts of the world far removed from the Western cultures.
The ancient teachings of numerology, or the interpretation of numerical vibrations have been documented by historians and theologians throughout history.
As times have changed, so have the perceptions of those understanding these concepts. The understanding of the numerical vibrations one through nine have been kept alive by those who have an understanding of life and the thereafter. This is a comforting thought. However, the numerical value of vibration of numbers ten though one hundred have been left to the sanctity of those most holy to pass down to their left to the sanctity of those most holy to pass down to their male offspring. This passing of knowledge has been carried out through history, primarily in the Eastern cultures.
The interpretation of the numerical vibrations, as they affect the modern Western man are listed within this text. They are accompanied by the appropriate releases, as well as the appropriate candles to light, to enhance the vibrational energy of the number or the persona of the number, i.e. the individual person, thus inciting a functional lifestyle.
The technique and theory behind releasing is to insure – and to liberate – yourself from any and all dysfunctional personality traits and tendencies. This technique will incite the energy in and around you by using the vibrational energy of the voice in conjunction with the lighting of colored candles.
We have been discussing the reverence of vibrational energy. Energy, as you know, can only occupy one space at one time, thus lending itself to the belief that you must release dysfunctional energy before you will have enough space to accept the propensity for functional energy to exist in its place.
When making reference to your name being the epitome of your vibrational essence, or the persona of your individual personality, we must also make reference to the day on which you were born. Any numerical vibration associated with you will play an important role in the significance of who and what you are, just a any outside numerical vibrational influence will enhance or detract from that which you are striving to become. An example of this might be your address, your driver’s license number, your social security number, your post office box number, or any number that is directly linked to you.
These numbers will dictate your conscious and subconscious responses. There is an old saying that suggests you can consciously say something in jest and your subconscious will go get it, since your subconscious has no sense of humor and will give you all things to which you have aspired. A clear example of this might be a person stating in jest, “I wish I was dead.” The person with this conscious thought, even if it was said in jest, will begin to gravitate on a subconscious level toward the numerical vibrational value on which the conscious desire might manifest. He might move to a new home with a numerical vibration in the address, or in the date that the house was built that may solicit his death. The reason that he alone might pass away and not the entire family is that the person with such a death wish will also possess a personal numerical value in his name, or the date on which he was born that would react adversely with the numerical vibrational value of the address or creation date of the house. Nothing alone can cause the destruction of a man. There must be multiple contributing factors.
Keep in mind as we begin to discuss the numerical vibrational value of each number, there will be certain days on which any number that, at one time, might have projected itself on a positive vibrational level will, for a short time, vibrate on a negative vibrational level. Consult the timing guide in this book for the exact dates for positive and negative cycles. As you consult this timing guide, remember that positive and negative (which we refer to as bring and release) do not equate to good or bad. Positive is bring and negative is release.
Within this book we will also discuss the methodology as to how anyone can find the sum of any numerical vibrational equation, now making life and death decisions, a once laborious task, a simple process. Let me reiterate: life was not meant to be hard. It has only been through the process of embellishing one’s self worth, as well as to substantiate and validate one’s own existence, that labor has entered into one’s now complex persona.
As man strives for the importance of the self, he has diminished his ability to function within the powers of his own creative energies, i.e., his self-importance has consumed him, creating someone other than who he really is. As man continues to substantiate his own existence, he will ultimately find himself outside of the creative manifesting light of his own self not living a life at all, just merely existing.
Now, it is time to release the need to only do it your way (the need to be in control). So many people feel that their lifestyles are so functional that everyone should live as they do and do as they say. When the truth of this scenario is brought to light, you can clearly see that the control possessed by these people is out of control, as they do not appear to be living functionally at all. All visual signs indicate that they are living the epitome of dysfunction, instead, since their overt need to dominate and control others clearly fogs their visual insight. They have no idea as to the long-range ramifications of their actions. Furthermore, resulting in the fact that no one wants the responsibility of bringing this dysfunction to their attention, others allow it to continue. This is a prime example of “just merely existing.”
The possibility that these people were both at a time when once positive vibrational numbers were projecting a negative or releasing, vibration is plausible as another term for negative, in reference to the releasing cycle, is that of “introspection.” This situation or aspect, if resolved, is not detrimental to the psyche or the personality of anyone. It is merely a situation that they came into this life to overcome. Through the techniques of releasing, candle lighting and numerology, the dissolution of this dysfunctional energy will be a positive and simplistic endeavor. For those of you not familiar with the ancient concepts of numerology, it is a form of progressive cycles existing and co-existing within the intricacies of human behavior.
There is much that can be said in defense of those who are searching for the answers hidden beneath the psyche and our desire to unveil these answers in hopes of exposing the mysteries of the Universe. Releasing dysfunction through the use of numerology and candle lighting may very well be the key to unraveling this eternal and infinite wisdom.
There may never be a quick fix when our ultimate design is to ascertain the wisdom of the Ancients, but by using these methods of divination, we will be moving closer to discovering the untold secrets of our past, which will give us a better understanding of here and now, and allow us a brighter tomorrow.
In this book you will be guided through the simplest form of numerology. You will be given a series of releases with the corresponding candles to light, so that you might understand your past lives, present situations, and karmic duties and responsibilities in this life, giving you the answer to four of the most asked questions of life: Who am I? Where did I come from? Where am I going? Why am I here?
Through your active involvement in reciting your affirmed releases, you will be releasing dysfunction and destructive personality traits. The releasing of these dysfunctions will leave you free and uninhibited to think, listen and learn what your psyche has been trying to tell you for years. As you light the corresponding candles, the manifesting energy around your releases will intensity, producing an even more positive effect.
Vibrations are energy. Like all other forms of energy, they cannot be destroyed. Energy can be redirected, re-educated, and rejuvenated, but never destroyed. In order to free yourself from personality traits that may seem incongruent with the life that you wish to live, you must allow yourself the luxury of releasing these dysfunctions. By doing so then, and only then, will you be living and functioning on the vibrational level that will be congruent to the level of understanding on which you wish to exist and perform. As you go through the releases, you will begin for the first time to understand the mechanics of your own life, giving you greater insight into the lives of those around you, as well.
To begin the process of releasing dysfunctional personality traits, you will be adding and counting numbers the same as you would to ascertain your master numbers or soul numbers when doing a personality numerology chart. The corresponding color has been added to the numerology chart to make it easier for you to determine the color of candle which functions on what numerical vibrational level. When using the numerical value chart to determine your personal lessons, issues, karma or talents that you might expect in this life, you will add together the numbers on the chart adjacent to each letter that you have in your name. You will use the same chart to determine the color combination that your soul’s energy functions on. Example: If your name at the time of birth was Kathy Anne Sampson, you add together the numerical value of the K, A, T, H, Y, to get the value of the first name. Yu then add the numerical value of the A, N, N, E, to get the value of the second name. Finally, you add together the numerical value of the S, A, M, P, S, O, N, to get the sum of the third name. Example: K=2, A=1, T=2, H=8, Y=7, the sum total of Kathy is 20. When you add together the letters of the second name, A=1, N=5, N=5, E=5, the sum total is 16. Now, add the numerical value of the last name, S=1, A=1, M=4, P=7, S=1, O=6, N=5. When you add the letters of the last name, your sum value is 25. Now that you have the total of each individual birth name, you add the three names together to find the vibrational value of the soul. The soul number of Kathy Anne Sampson is 61, as 20+16+25+61. Since the vibrational chart only covers numbers one through nine, we will need to add the 6 from 61 to the 1, showing a total of seven (6+1=7). The numerical vibration of the soul for Kathy Anne Sampson is 7. When using the numerical value chart, you will see that there are colors next to numbers. These colors represent the vibrational energy that is most conducive or compatible with that numerical vibration. To find the color that is most conducive for soothing your soul energy, locate the color that is next to the total of your three names. In our example, it will be the number seven (7). The color of candle that will soothe the soul of Kathy Anne Sampson is pink.
Numerical value chart
A,J,S, = 1 WHITE B,K,T = 2 BLUE
C,L,U = 3 RED D,M,V = 4 YELLOW
E,N,W = 5 GREEN F,O,X = 6 PURPLE
G,P,Y = 7 PINK H,O,X = 8 YELLOW
I,R = 9 WHITE
To determine the dysfunctional personality traits that you were born with, write down your full name at birth. Now, add together, using the numerical chart, the total of all of the consonants in your name.
Example: Kathy Ann Sampson will be
K A T H Y A N N E S A M P S O N
2 2 8 7 5 5 1 4 7 1 5 total = 47
Add 4+7 = 11. Add down again to get a single digit: 1 + 1 = 2
The dysfunctional personality traits that Kathy was born with were issues involving self values and emotional self-esteem. The candle that will best suit her needs when working with emotional dysfunction is blue.
To determine your present life issues that you have brought with you from a past life, study the following pages on vibrational cycles. These cycles will give you the conditions surrounding the dysfunction that you may be experiencing in this life, the releases that you will need to recite and the color of candle to light. Your candle should be lit when you recite your releases and should be done during the positive or bring time frame.
Where You Spent Your Last Life and Under What Conditions
To determine where your past life took place and what lessons you had in that life you may not have completed, add together the vowels in your full name at the time of your birth.
1 1 5 1 6
K A T H Y A N N E S A M P S O N
Add you vowels together for your total: 1=1=5=1=6 = 14. Add your 14 together: 1+4 = 5. The lessons that Kathy may not have completed in her last life will be conditions of the five (5) cycle: childlike desires and affairs of the heart. With this cycle, it is safe to say that Kathy in this life will try to remain childlike, as well as try to continue a past life relationship. Her releases for these issues are:
I release the fear that my childlike self will not grow.
I release the fear that I will not allow myself to have fun.
I release the fear that I will not find love in this life.
I release the fear that no one will love me.
I release the fear that I will not manifest my desires.
I release the fear to remain as a child.
I release the need to depend on others.
I release the need to grow up.
I release the need to suppress my freedom.
The color of candle that she should light to enhance the effectiveness of her releases is green, as five is equal to the green vibration. To determine where your last life that is affecting your present life might have taken place, take the number value of the first vowel in your first name and reference the vowel chart below:
A = 1 = South of the Equator
E = 5 = North America and Canada
I = 9 = Europe
O = 6 = China
U = 3 = Japan
